基于工作过程为导向职业教育的研究

Research on Vocational Education Based on Working Process

对于传统的教育而言,以工作过程为导向的职业教育更具先进性、时代性,其主要教学目的是培养学生参与构建工作世界的能力,促进学生工作能力的发展。本文笔者结合自身教学实践,就职业教育的发展做了简要论述,重点探讨了以工作为导向的职业教育意义,旨在完善职业教育模式,为更多的学生提供广阔的就业平台。

In traditional education,vocational education oriented by working process is more advanced with the characteristic of the time,and its main purpose is to cultivate students' ability of participating in the construction of work world,and to promote the development of students' ability to work. In this paper,combined with the author's teaching practice,the development of vocational education was briefly discussed,focusing on the significance of vocational education with work as orientation,aiming at improving the vocational education mode,to provide a broad employment platform for more students.
