服装企业与中职院校合作现状及对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasure Suggestions on the Cooperation between Garment Enterprises and Secondary Vocational Colleges

社会的不断发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,带动了服装行业的发展进步。这对从事服装行业的劳动力的供给也应该越来越严格。很多中职院校与服装行业中的一些企业建立了合作,但在合作的过程中出现了一些问题,这些问题影响了中职院校服装专业教学。对此,中职院校应改革课程设置,完善服装专业实训课程体系:优化教学模式,注重理论与实践技能相融合;突出以人为本,将学生和企业放在主要位置;提高师资能力,学习前沿知识更好服务教学。

With the constant development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the garment industry is developing fast,which leads to a stricter requirement of labor supply in this industry. Many secondary vocational colleges have established cooperation with enterprises engaged in the garment industry,but some problems have emerged,which have affected the garment teaching in these colleges. Therefore,secondary vocational schools should reform curriculum installation and perfect the training course system of garment major: optimize teaching mode and emphasize the combination of theory and practice skills; highlight human-oriented concept and put students and enterprises in the first place; improve teachers' ability including by learning new knowledge in garment major to make more contribution to teaching.
