浅析我校护理专业专业性实训基地的建设模式

Analysis of the Construction Mode of Professional Training Base of Nursing Specialty in Our School

实训基地建设是推动校企合作,建立独立实践教学体系,改革人才培养模式,提高职业教育基础能力的突破口,加强职业教育实训基地建设是提高职业教育人才培养质量的客观需要,是提高学生的实践动手能力和综合职业能力的必由途径。而专业性实训基地能在某一专业领域中起骨干示范和辐射作用,更是提高教学质量、彰显职教特色的硬件依托。现从两方面来分析我校护理专业专业性实训基地的建设模式:一、实训基地建设的资金投入模式;二、实训基地建设的基本模式。

The construction of training base is to promote the cooperation of schools and enterprises,to establish an independent practical teaching system,to reform personnel training mode,and to improve the breakthrough of vocational education foundation ability. Strengthening the training base construction of vocational education is the objective need to improve the quality of personnel training of vocational education and the necessary way to improve students ' practical ability and comprehensive vocational ability. And the construction of training base can set an example,improve the quality of teaching and highlight the characteristics of vocational education hardware support. This paper analyzes the construction mode of nursing specialty training base in two aspects: first,the fund input mode of training base construction; second, the basic mode of training base construction.
