“一带一路”背景下航海类国际化人才培养探析

Research on Cultivating International Marine Talent under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

随着"一带一路"战略的实施和21世纪海上丝绸之路的建设,国内航运业和国家经济迎来了新的发展机遇。新形势对航海类人才培养也提出了更高要求,航海高等教育人才培养国际化已成为必然趋势。文章在深入剖析我国航海教育国际化现状及制约因素的基础上,进行了细致的思考,提出了从大学理念国际化、师资队伍国际化、课程设置国际化、合作办学国际化、校园文化国际化五个方面打造航海国际化人才。

With the implementation of the Belt and Road and the construction of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,China's shipping industry and the national economy have faced new development opportunities. The new situation has also put forward higher requirements for maritime talent cultivating. The internationalization of the talent cultivating of maritime higher education has become an inevitable trend. On the basis of deep analysis of the current situation and the restrictive factors of the internationalization of maritime education in China,this paper makes detailed reflection and puts forward the view of cultivating international maritime talents from the internalization in five aspects of the concept of universities,the teaching staff,the curriculum,the cooperative education,and the campus culture.
