基于WBS的教学方法探索应用型本科院校教学新思路

An Exploration of New Teaching Approaches in Application-orientated Colleges Based on WBS Teaching Method

近年来,在教育部的积极推动下,高校教学改革不断深入,理实一体化的教学理念已深入人心。以就业为导向,以实践技能为核心,倡导以学生为本位的培养理念,全面提高学生的职业实践能力和职业素养显得尤为重要。本文针对传统教学方法主要存在的问题,提出基于WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)的教学方法。结合社会需求、企业岗位,将WBS运用于教学中,旨在为应用型本科院校教学探索新思路。

In recent years,with the active promotion of the Ministry of Education,the teaching reform of colleges and universities has gone deeper constantly,and the teaching idea of the integration between theory and practice has gotten deeper into the hearts of people. It is important to advocate the student-oriented training ideas and comprehensively promote students' professional practical abilities and quality,which should be oriented by employment and practical skills. In this paper,a new teaching method is put forward based on WBS( Work Breakdown Structure) in view of the existing problems in traditional teaching methods. After the combination with social needs and business positions,WBS is applied to teaching,to explore a new teaching approach in application-oriented colleges.
