高职土建专业校企合作存在的问题及对策

社会与科技的不断发展使当今社会对高素质技术型人才需求不断扩大。在此背景之下,我国的高等职业教育必须改革,满足社会需求,实现自身的进步与发展。校企合作作为在学校与企业共同合作基础上构建的重要人才培养模式,其对高职院校教学质量的提升意义重大,需要在高职土建类专业院校进行广泛的运用与推广。文章以高职土建类专业为切入点,分析当前高职院校校企合作存在的问题并探究相应的对策。

The continuous development of society and technology makes the society have expanding demands for high-quality technical talents. In this context,the higher vocational education in China must reform to meet the needs of the society,and realize their own progress and development. As an important talent training mode,school-enterprise cooperation is constructed with cooperation between school and enterprise as foundation,which has a very profound significance for higher vocational colleges to enhance the quality of teaching. It needs extensive use and promotion in the civil engineering major in higher vocational colleges. With the civil engineering major in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,analyze the existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and explore the corresponding countermeasures.
