浅析我国现代学徒制试点之“三位一体”

Analysis of Pilot “Trinity” of Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制已经成为我国职业教育面对的崭新课题及创新发展的主要观察点。文章分析了现代学徒制试点工作中存在的越位、错位、缺位"三位一体"问题,提出通过加大推广宣传、营造良好的社会氛围,推动政府职能转变、完善法规及制度体系等具体对策,以使越位的能够归位、错位的能够适位、缺位的能够补位。

Modern apprenticeship system has become the new subject and the main viewpoint of innovative development faced by China's vocational education. This paper analyzes the'trinity'problem of pilot work,including offside,dislocation and absence in modern apprenticeship system,and puts forward the idea that promote transformation of government function,and improve the regulations and systems,by increasing propaganda,and creating good social atmosphere,in order to solve offside,dislocation and absence.
