基于工作过程的“电力机车电机维护与检修”课程教学改革分析

电力机车电机维护与检修是一门实践性很强的课程,对学生的实际动手能力要求很高。然而传统的教学方式,无法满足当前铁路事业发展需求。因此高职院校必须结合市场发展需求,对电力机车电机维护与检修课程进行改革,确保学校教学符合社会发现需求,让学生毕业以后能够更快的适应社会。

Electric locomotive motor maintenance and overhaul is a course with strong practice character,which has a high demand for students' practical ability. However,the traditional teaching methods,can not meet the current development needs of the railway industry. Therefore,higher vocational colleges must combine the development needs of the market,and carry out reform of the electric locomotive motor maintenance and overhaul course,to ensure that the school teaching can be in line with the needs of social discovery,and students can more quickly adapt to society after graduation.
