摘要
创新创业素质人才培养实践,在常规人才培养的基础上通过多样化的组织方式、建设创新创业实践平台,以创新创业项目为导向的高职汽车专业学生创新创业素质培养模式实践,解决了一些关键问题,使得学生能力显著提高,就业对口率逐步提升,创业潜力初步凸显,成效显著。
The practice of the quality talent cultivating of innovation and entrepreneurship creates a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship practice on the basis of routine,by diversified organization forms. The practice of cultivating mode of quality cultivating of innovation and entrepreneurship of students in automobile majors in higher vocational colleges solves some key problems,improves students' ability significantly and makes the employment rate increase gradually. Entrepreneurial potential and preliminary results are obvious.
