在职业院校大力改革的新时代,新学徒制在职业院校的专业学习领域不断尝试,我系房地产专业不断进行教改创新,研究探索出符合时代发展的新学徒制下的教改创新新方法,虽有不完善之处,但对推进学校和企业与学生的有效对接意义重大。

In the new era of reform of vocational colleges,the new apprenticeship system in vocational colleges is attempted in professional learning areas. The department of real estate continues to do teaching innovation in order to explore new innovation methods of teaching reform under the new apprenticeship system that accords with the development of the time. It is of great significance for promoting effective link between colleges and enterprises and students though the study is not perfect.
