浅谈台湾职业教育特点——以屏东科技大学为例

Characteristics of Vocational Education in Taiwan——A Case Study of Pingtung University of Science and Technology

台湾职业教育具有自己独特的办学特点,完善的教育体系、明确的办学理念和教育宗旨,使台湾职业教育发展较好,并趋于与国际职业教育接轨,同时又真正做到了以市场和产业化为导向的发展方向。本文以台湾屏东科技大学为例,屏东科技大学制定明确的量化管理目标,明确职业教育的培养对象和发展方向,推动职业教育向更高层次的目标发展。雄厚的师资和教学基础,灵活的办学模式,优惠入学政策,吸引了较多国外学生来就读。同时,屏东科技大学培养学生创新创业思维能力,使学生与产业、行业、就业达到了无缝接轨,单位对毕业生的满意度非常高。本文以屏东科技大学为例,学习台湾职业教育的特点。

Taiwan vocational education has its own unique characteristics,perfect education system,clear ideas and educational purposes,which enable Taiwan vocational education to develop fairly well. Taiwan vocational education tends to be in line with the international vocational education,at the same time it has taken industrialization and marketization as the direction of development. Taking Pingtung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan as an example,Pingtung University of Science and Technology has formulated specific quantitative management objectives,determined the training targets and development direction of vocational education, promoting the development of vocational education to a higher level. Strong teachers, teaching foundation,flexible school model and preferential admission policy attract a lot of foreign students. More importantly,Pingtung University of Science and Technology attaches great importance to cultivating students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,so that students will be able to achieve seamless connection with the industry and employment. Companies are very satisfied with vocational graduates. Taking Pingtung University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper will analyze the characteristics of vocational education in Taiwan.
