为了培养高职会计专业人才以适应社会会计等相关岗位需求。采用现代学徒制和校企合作等模式,以培养人才的知识、技能、素质结构为设计主线。在人才培养过程中要达到理论知识扎实、技能突出、动手能力强等目标。探究提升人才培养的更有效途径。

Cultivate talents for accounting majors of higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of related positions of society. The mode of modern apprenticeship system and cooperation between colleges and enterprises should be adopted, cultivating knowledge,skills and quality of talents as designing structure. The aim to cultivate talents with solid knowledge,outstanding skills and great ability to operate should be achieved in the course of cultivating talents. A more effective approach should be explored to improve talent cultivation.
