“双证”向“双师双能型”转化的实践与思考 被引量:1

摘要 师资队伍建设是高等职业院校人才培养质量的根本保障,建设"双师双能型"教师队伍是高等职业教育的必然要求,建设一支既具有较高理论教学水平又具有丰富社会实践经历和应用能力的"双师双能型"教师队伍至关重要。"双师双能型"教师队伍建设的核心是内涵发展。"双证"是"双师双能型"的外在表现,如何建设这支队伍是各高职院校关注的问题。文中论述了"双师双能型"的内涵,"双证"向"双师双能型"转化的措施、成效以及相关问题的思考。 Construction of the teaching staff is the fundamental guarantee for the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Construction of the'double qualified dual ability'teachers is the inevitable requirement of higher vocational education,and the construction of a 'double qualified dual ability'teacher team with high theoretical teaching level as well as rich social practice experience and application ability is essential. The core of the construction of 'double qualified dual ability'is the connotation development. 'Double certificate'is the external performance of 'double qualified dual ability'. How to build this team is the concern of higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the connotation of 'double qualified dual ability',the measures,the effectiveness and the related problems of transformation from 'double certificate ' to 'double qualified dual ability'.
