摘要
目前,大学生自主创业的现象十分常见,而在这方面的培育也愈发重要。本文对深圳大学生人格特质与创业倾向关系进行了实证研究,运用因素分析方法,指出了个人特质中5个因素对创业倾向影响。
At present,it is very common for college students to start their own businesses,and the cultivation in this aspect is also becoming more and more important. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between personal characteristics and entrepreneurial tendency of college students in Shenzhen,and uses factor analysis method to point out that 5 factors of personal characteristics will influence entrepreneurial tendency.
