浅谈高职院校护理专业学生职业精神培养

通过分析职业精神的时代内涵,阐述了职业院校应重视学生职业精神培养的时代意义,并对高职护理专业学生职业精神培养存在的问题进行分析。通过调查研究等方式,探究高职护理专业学生职业精神教育不尽人意的原因;从各个方面进行了剖析,指出高职护理专业学生职业精神缺失的危害,提出了加强高职护理专业学生职业精神培养的对策建议。

Through the analysis of the connotation of professional spirit cultivation,expound the era meaning of the professional spirit cultivation of students in vocational colleges,and analyze the problems existing in professional spirit cultivation of higher vocational nursing students. Through ways,such as investigation,explore the reasons why professional spirit of nursing students is not satisfactory. Analyzing from all aspects,point out the hazard of lack of professional spirit of higher vocational nursing students,and put forward strategies and suggestions of strengthening the professional spirit cultivation of higher vocational nursing students.
