中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设的困境与对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 "双师型"教师队伍建设有利于提高中职学校的教育质量,促进中职学校的内涵发展。通过查看相关教育数据发现目前我国中职学校的"双师型"教师队伍还存在着数量不足、结构不合理、激励机制不完善等问题。加强"双师型"教师队伍建设要采取有效措施。例如,加强政府的调控作用、优化教师队伍结构、完善"双师型"教师培养培训工作、健全"双师型"教师激励和考核评价制度,从而解决"双师型"教师队伍建设的困境。 The construction of double-quality teacher team is in favor of improving the quality of education of secondary vocational schools and promoting secondary vocational schools' connotation development. After looking through some education data,it finds that nowadays,Chinese secondary vocational schools' construction of double-quality teacher team has following common problems: inadequate numbers; unreasonable structure; and imperfect incentive mechanism. In order to enhance the construction of double-quality teacher team,it needs to take effective measures,such as strengthening government's regulation function,optimizing the structure of the teachers ' team,improving the development and training work of double-quality teachers,and perfecting incentives and evaluation mechanisms. The above measures can help to solve the predicament of double-quality teacher team's construction.
