在个性发展的重要性越来越突出的今天,能力型人才才是社会发展的主流与引导者,顺应时代发展潮流开展个性教育具有其必然性。幼儿期是一个人的个性形成与发展的重要时期,直接关系到其未来的成长方向,因此幼儿教学应当注重幼儿个性的培养,在幼儿教育中将幼儿的个性发展放在一个更重要的位置。
The importance of personality development is more and more prominent today,and the ability-oriented talent is the mainstream and guide of social development. According to the development trend of the times,carry out personality education has its inevitability. Early childhood is an important period for the formation and development of a person's personality,directly related to the future development direction.
