With discovery of every new analysis statistical data about probability and statistical model,statistical theory will have major leap forward. The contribution of Gauss who has the greatest influence on human civilization is normal distribution,and his development of least squares became the most important achievement of statistics in 19 th Century. Under the impetus of Gauss,normal distribution was widely used in measure error analysis quickly. With the assistance of the scientists in the same period,normal distribution has greater influence.
