高职院校会展人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of Exhibition Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

会展经济的繁荣呼唤会展教育的快速发展,高职院校做为会展教育的一部分符合行业发展需求。本文立足高职会展教育,从明确高职院校会展人才培养的指导思想出发,试图构建以培养"技能型"人才为目标,以任务驱动式的课程体系为内容,以创新实践能力培养为平台,以职业精神和职业技能的培养为特色的高职人才培养模式。

The prosperity of the exhibition economy calls for the rapid development of exhibition education. As a part of the exhibition education,higher vocational colleges meet the needs of the development of the industry. In this paper,based on higher vocational education,starting from the guiding ideology of talents training in higher vocational colleges,try to build a higher vocational talent training mode with cultivating skilled talents as the goal,the task-driven curriculum system as the content,the ability training of innovation and practice as platform,and occupation spirit and occupation skill training as characteristics.
