摘要
针对当前正在兴起的高职翻转课堂教学改革,结合笔者的实践探索,文章提出了认真制作视频,力求简短易懂;重视课堂活动,将时间交给学生;提高教师素养,胜任新形势下的教学工作及严格考评制度,确保翻转课堂有实际效果四个关键要素。
In view of the current rising reform of flipped classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges,combined with practice,the article puts forward four key points: Make video carefully and make it easy to understood; Pay attention to class activities and give more time to students; Improve teachers' quality and be competent for teaching in the new form; Observe strict evaluation system and make sure the flipped classroom has practical results.
