高职院校工科生公寓“6S管理”创新应用实践

Innovation Application Practice of “6s management” of the Engineering Student Apartment in Higher Vocational Colleges

我院公寓在"6S管理"基础上,进行了创新应用实践。在拓展应用中,由内部静态物品的管理,开拓到动态的内务管理;在扩展应用中由公寓物的管理,扩充到对学生的事情管理;在提升应用中,由物、事的管理,升格到对人的自我行为管理。实践表明,在工科生公寓中对"6S"管理进行创新与应用,有利于提高学生的职场素质和自我管理能力。

Based on the "6s management",our college carries on innovation application practice for apartments.In the expanded application,the management is from the static goods management to the dynamic inner things.In the further application,the management is from the apartment to the students' things.In the higher application,the management is from the static things to the students' own behavior management.The practice shows that "6s management" in engineering students' apartments is good for the students' professional quality and self-management ability.
