摘要
本研究目的是通过测试中职计算机类专业新生的性格,与企业计算机类工作岗位人员的职业性格进行相似度分析,并应用于学生职业性格培养和职业生涯规划。首先,我们运用霍兰德人格理论模型,对上海市192位中小企业计算机类岗位的技术人员进行调研,统计分析企业计算机类岗位人员的职业性格分布规律;再次,对我校2016级计算机系新生开展性格测试,通过相似度模型计算,得出新生个体性格与企业岗位职业性格的关联度,指导学生职业生涯规划。最后,针对学生个体的职业性格,提出培养思路,并应用于学生职业生涯规划。
The aim of the research is to test the freshmen character of secondary vocational computer major,and then to make analysis of character similarity of persons working in computer enterprises.And apply into students' occupation character training and career planning.First,use the Hollander'personality theory model to study 192 technical staff of computer posts in Shanghai and analyze computer personnel occupation character distribution in enterprises using statistical tools;then test 2016 computer freshmen for character.By similarity degree model,get correlation degrees that individual character and enterprise position character,and guide students for career planning.Finally,in view of students' individual professional character,put forward the cultivation thought,and apply it to students' career planning.
