工学结合理念下我国职业教育的发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 职业教育体系改革是为了进一步提高技能型人才的培养质量,确保职业教育能够更好、更直接地服务于社会经济发展,而常规的职业院校课堂教学已然不能满足这样的要求,改革的重要方向是加快推进工学结合,长期坚持同步开展课堂教学和企业实践,使两者能够有机结合,相互协同。本研究基于工学结合的理念,以德国、英国、美国和澳大利亚四国工学结合的职业教育实践为范本,探究了工学结合理念下我国职业教育发展的路径,主要包括建立健全法律法规体系,建立工学教育多方协同管理机制和优化职业教育人才培养体系。 The reform of the vocational education system is to further improve the training quality of skilled talents,to ensure that vocational education can better serve the social and economic development more directly,and the regular classroom teaching in vocational colleges can no longer meet such requirements. The important direction is to accelerate the combination of work and learning,and to continue to carry out classroom teaching and corporate practice in parallel for a long time,so that the two can be organically combined and coordinated. Based on the concept of the combination of work and study,this study takes the vocational education practice of Germany,the United Kingdom,the United States and Australia as a model,explores the path of the development of vocational education in China under the concept of the combination of work and learning,including the establishment of a sound legal and regulatory system and the establishment of multiparty collaborative management mechanism and optimization vocational education personnel training system.
