摘要
常州机电职业技术学院全人格教学团队以"立德树人"为根本任务,针对当前高职专业人才培养普遍存在的"素质目标在专业教学中落地不够,操作性不强;素质目标达成度可测性不强,成效低"等问题,历经十年的研究与实践,探索了将素质培养根植、渗透于专业教育全过程的改革路径,形成了"素质+能力"双线融合的全人格专业课程教学模式。
The full personality training team of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology takes 'morality nurturing'as the fundamental task. In view of that'quality goal of the current high vocational professional training is not enough in professional teaching;the operation is not strong;the effect is less',after ten years of research and practice,explore the reform path of infiltrating quality cultivation into the entire process of professional education,and form the two-line fusion full personality teaching mode of'quality + ability'.
