中本贯通汽车服务工程专业学生学习动机调研分析

Survey Analysis for the Learning Motivation of Students Majored in Automobile Service Engineering in Secondary-undergraduate Joint Education

随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,现代汽车服务业也随之越来越受到重视,汽车服务工程专业人才的技能与理论扎实培养需要长时间交叉式贯通培养。应用型本科-中等职业教育贯通培养模式(简称:中本贯通)下的汽车服务工程专业,通过职业教育改革和实践,力图在技能型高素质人才培养方面探索一套适合现代汽车服务业发展要求的职业教育体系。本文以汽车服务工程中本贯通专业的前三届学生(2016-2018年)为基础,对学习动机、学习目的及学习预期进行了调研研究,进而从学校、家长以及学生等角度提出支撑贯通培养的对策。

With rapid development of domestic automobile industry,modern automobile service industry is given more attention to as well.Solid cultivation of the talents of automobile service engineering on both theory and technique needs cross-joint training for a long time.Thereby,automobile service engineering major under the cultivating model of applied secondary-undergraduate joint education,abbreviating to secondary-undergraduate joint education,through reform and practice on vocational education,strive to explore one composite vocational education system that is suitable to the demand of modern automobile service industry.On the basis of the survey on the first 3-year students in automobile service engineering of secondary-undergraduate joint education,this paper does research on learning motivation,learning target and learning prospection in order to put forward supporting countermeasures to joint education in term of colleges,parents and students.
