摘要
儿童行为观察与分析是幼儿园教师的核心专业能力。在幼师专业学生职前纳入儿童行为观察与分析能力的培养课程是高职课程建设的有益尝试,更是培养学生观察能力的有效途径。因此,"学前儿童行为观察与分析"课程的开设,不仅使学生在校内和幼儿园两个课堂的训练中,掌握科学的观察方法,而且能够帮助学生具备观察、记录儿童行为的意识和能力。
Observation and analysis of children’s behavior is the core professional ability of kindergarten teachers.It is not only a beneficial attempt to build higher vocational courses of the cultivation of children’s behavior observation and analysis ability,but also an effective way to cultivate students’observation ability before students going to work.Therefore,the course'observation and analysis of preschool children’s behavior'not only enables students to master scientific observation methods in the training in school and kindergarten,but also enables students to have the awareness and ability to observe and record children’s behaviors.
