工作过程为导向的高职秘书心理学教材开发研究

Research on the Development of Higher Vocational Secretary Psychology Textbook Guided by Work Process

培养秘书运用心理学原理提高解决秘书实践工作问题的能力,是当前我国高职文秘类专业改革的难点和重点,而与之相配套的工作过程导向教材开发则是其重要支撑。基于工作过程导向开发的秘书心理学教材,以培养学生秘书工作处理问题能力为出发点,以典型工作任务为主线,结合大量的实例和案例,采用"任务驱动"和"学做结合"的教育理念组织教材内容,引导学生从课堂走向秘书工作心理实践。

To cultivate the ability of the secretary to use psychological principles to solve problems of the secretary’s practical work is the difficulty and focus of the current secretary major reform in higher vocational colleges in our country,and the development of the corresponding teaching materials guided by work process is the important support.The development of the secretary psychology teaching material based on the work process-oriented,takes cultivating students’ability to deal with psychological problems in secretarial work as the starting point and typical work tasks as the main line,combined with a large number of examples and cases,using the'task-driven'and'combination of learning and doing'educational concepts to organize the teaching material content,to guide students from the classroom to the psychological practice of secretarial work.
