摘要 开展全面客观的质量评价,对改善和促进职业教育培训工作具有重要的意义。大庆技师学院在教学培训实践中,构建了完善的职前教育和职后培训质量的评价体系。本文从评价体系的构建,教学培训过程的实施,影响教育质量各种因素及效果等环节进行了分析。我们本着客观、真实、准确、全面的原则,对不同的项目,采用多元、适宜的方法进行评价,以实现提升教学培训质量的目标。 It is of great significance to improving and promoting vocational education training to carry out comprehensive and objective quality evaluation.Daqing Technician College has established a perfect evaluation system of pre-service education and post-service training quality in practice teaching process.This paper analyzes the construction of the evaluation system,the implementation of the teaching and training process,the factors and effects that affect the quality of education.The goal of improving the quality of teaching and training is based on the principles of objectivity,truthfulness,accuracy and the evaluation with multiple comprehensiveness and various projects and appropriate methods.
