大数据在大学生就业指导和工匠精神培育中的应用——以南通科技职业学院为例

大数据时代大学毕业生拥有更多的就业创业机遇,高校是教育大数据的生产者,也是推动者。"工匠精神"是当代大学生职业生涯发展中不可或缺的品质,必须在大学生在校期间的就业指导过程中注重工匠精神的培育。如何利用互联网时代的大数据进行大学生就业指导和工匠精神的培育值得高校教师重点研究。文章以南通科技职业学院毕业生数据为例进行深入分析,探索新型就业指导和工匠培育模式,培育大数据时代的优质工匠。

University graduates in the era of big data have more opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship,and universities are producers and promoters of big data in education.'Craftsmanship spirit'is an indispensable quality in the career of contemporary university students,and the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit must be paid attention to during the advanced education.This paper focuses on how to use the big data in the Internet era to conduct employment guidance for university students and the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and takes the data of graduates of Nantong College of Science and Technology as an example for in-depth analysis,to explore a new employment guidance and craftsmanship cultivation model,for cultivating quality craftsmanship in the era of big data.
