职业技能大赛在高职艺术类专业人才培养中的价值探析

Analysis on the Value of Vocational Skill Competition in the Talents Cultivation of Art Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前各种艺术设计类的技能大赛都已初具规模并形成范式,但真正能认识到"以赛促学,以赛促教",把技能竞赛融入艺术专业教学,并形成相配套的人才培养模式、课程模式的经验还不多。本文着重探讨了技能大赛对艺术类学生职业能力培养的意义,以及对高职艺术类专业人才培养工作的独特价值,为进一步激励学校通过技能大赛强化人才培养改革提供了动力。

At present,all kinds of skill competitions in art and design types have begun to take shape and form a paradigm,but it has not enough experience to truly realize that'learning is promoted by competition;teaching is promoted by competition',to integrate skill competition into art professional teaching,and to form a corresponding talent training mode and curriculum mode.This paper focuses on the significance of skill competition to the cultivation of art students’professional ability and the unique value to the cultivation work of art major talents in higher vocational colleges,which provides a driving force to further encourage the school to strengthen the reform of talent cultivation through skill competition.
