以培养实用型食品工程专业人才体现高校教师的“工匠精神” 被引量:3

摘要 高校教育目前面临一个很现实的问题,就是高校培养的学生与企业需求的人才存在严重偏差。学校更注重学术上的和理论上的培养,而缺乏实践能力的培养,这也跟一些高校的教学、师资条件限制有关;然而企业所需要的人才,除了理论基础知识以外,更注重的是学生的实践能力、学习能力、创新能力、适应能力、以及扎实肯干的"练兵精神"。高校的职责是服务社会,所以要根据社会的需求来培养人才。培养社会需求的实用型人才并不容易,对高校教师有很高的要求,不管是从学术方面和道德素养方面都需要高校教师以"工匠之精神"精心雕琢,才能完成。本文讨论作为食品工程专业高校教师怎样以食品质量和食品安全为基础的"工匠精神"来培养社会需要的实用型人才。 At present,college education is facing a very practical problem,which is that there is a big deviation between the students cultivated by colleges and the talents needed by enterprises.Schools pay more attention to the academic and theoretical training,and there is the lack of practical ability training,which is also related to the teaching and teaching conditions of some colleges constraints;However,the talents needed by enterprises not only need the theoretical basis,but also need students’practical ability,learning ability,innovation ability,adaptability,as well as the hard work'training spirit'.The duty of colleges is to serve the society,so it needs to cultivate talents according to the needs of the society.It is not easy to cultivate practical talents required by the society,and there are high requirements for college teachers.Both from the academic aspect and the moral quality aspect,it needs the college teachers with'craftsmanship spirit'elaborately to carve.This paper discusses how to cultivate practical talents needed by the society based on the'craftsmanship spirit'of food quality and food safety.
