改革实践教学 提高实践技能——以高职土木工程检测技术专业实践教学为例

Reform Practical Teaching and Improve Practical Skills——Taking the Practical Teaching of Civil Engineering Inspection Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

职业教育特别注重实训的环节,通过实训不断地提升学生的技能。文章以高职土木工程检测技术专业为例,介绍了由基础能力训练、核心能力训练、综合能力训练构建的实践教学体系。并通过强化认识实习、强化校内实训室建设、强化岗前训练、参加技能大赛四项措施进行改革,使教师素质及学生实践技能均得到大幅提升。

Vocational education pays special attention to the link of practical training,and constantly improves students’skills through practical training.Taking the specialty of civil engineering inspection technology in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper introduces the practical teaching system constructed by basic ability training,core ability training and comprehensive ability training.Through four measures of strengthening understanding practice,strengthening the construction of training rooms on campus,strengthening pre-job training and participating in skills competition,the quality of teachers and practical skills of students have been greatly improved.
