手机网络背景下高职学生特点及对策探究

Study on the Characteristic of Higher Vocational Students and Its Strategies Under Mobile Network Background

以学生为本,提高人才培养质量是高职院校面临的永久课题。通过对高职院校学生在入学、专业学习及就业阶段情况与心理特点的分析,敏感又自卑、情绪波动大、自控力较弱、学习态度欠佳、学习动力及能力不足是手机网络背景下高职院校学生普遍存在的问题。变革高职院校管理制度,转变教师教育教学理念,提高教师教育教学能力,优化学生学习环境,注重培养学生良好学习方法与学习习惯,是高职院校人才培养质量提高的有力举措。

Student-oriented and improving talent cultivating quality are everlasting topic issues for higher vocational colleges.In this paper,some effective strategies are provided based on analyzing the higher vocational students’learning situation and psychological characteristics.In the age of mobile network,there are such problems as sensitivity and inferiority,mood swings,less self-control,bad study attitude,lack of dynamic and ability among higher vocational students.In order to improve the quality of education of higher vocational colleges,some strategies can be taken,such as:changing management system and educational concept of higher vocational colleges,improving educating and teaching ability of teachers,providing a sound learning environment,and laying emphasis on helping the students to develop good habit sand methods of studying.
