摘要
大数据时代,职业教育领域的智能化教育颠覆了传统教育方式,也对高职院校教师专业发展提出了新的挑战。高职教师专业成长,分析其内涵:TPACK是教师发展的核心能力,数据素养是教师发展的必备能力,知识管理是教师发展的支撑能力。本文从重新定位教师角色,重构教师专业知识与专业素养,培养教师的大数据意识,提高教师的数据素养,建立在线联盟等方面设计发展路径,以适应教育大数据背景下高职教育的需求。
In the era of big data,the intelligent education in the field of vocational education has subverted the traditional way of education and posed new challenges to the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.It has four connotations of professional growth of teachers in higher vocational colleges:TPACK is the core competence of teacher’s development;data literacy is the necessary ability for teachers’development;knowledge management is the support ability for teachers’development.In order to meet the needs of higher vocational education under the background of big data,it should redefine the role of teachers,reconstruct teachers’professional knowledge and accomplishment,cultivate awareness of big data,improve teachers’data accomplishment,and establish online alliance.
