摘要
中职的快速发展对教师能力提出了更高的要求。而目前大量青年教师的专业技术技能是无法满足学校需求的,这与青年教师缺少清晰的专业成长规划是密不可分的。经过多年的实践研究,现提出一套新的教师技术技能培养体系:通过设计"2必修+8选修"的成长路径,引导青年教师在专业技术技能领域找到适合自身发展的道路;通过设计"三级阶梯"式考核机制,促进教师阶段性可持续发展;同时架设教师多元化成长平台,为部分对其他领域感兴趣的教师提供学习机会。
The rapid development of secondary vocational colleges puts forward higher requirements for teachers’abilities.At present,the professional skills of a large number of young teachers cannot meet the needs of schools,which is inseparable from the lack of clear professional growth planning of young teachers.After years of practical research,the navigation system of growth path is put forward.It guides young teachers to find a path suitable for their own development in the field of professional technical skills by designing the growth path of'2 compulsory courses+8 elective courses';it promotes teachers to stage sustainable development path through the design of the three-step assessment mechanism;at the same time,a diversified growth platform for teachers is set up to provide learning opportunities for some teachers who are interested in other fields.
