摘要 新时期,随着职业教育的不断发展,出现了一所高职院校同时存在初中后五年制高职和高中后三年制高专两种专科层次学生的现象,给高职院校德育工作的开展带来一定挑战。本文将从探索高职院校不同学制学生的差异性入手,通过分析我国高职院校不同学制学生德育工作的现状,有针对性地提出完善德育顶层设计、合理规划德育内容、拓展德育路径等相关对策,为高职院校不同学制学生德育工作的开展提供参考。 With the continuous development of vocational education in the new era,there is a phenomenon that a higher vocational college has two kinds of college students:the five-year higher vocational school after junior high school and the three-year higher vocational school after senior high school,which brings some challenges to the development of moral education in higher vocational colleges.From exploring the differences of different academic system students in higher vocational colleges,based on the analysis of the status quo of students’moral education in different academic systems in higher vocational colleges,this article puts forward such relevant countermeasures as perfecting the top design,reasonably planning content of moral education,and expanding moral education paths,to provide reference for carrying out moral education work for students in different academic systems in higher vocational colleges.
