摘要
在中职班主任工作的实践过程中,会看到有些学生努力地成长而不果,看到很多家长积极地教育而无为,而巨大的压力和工作量却使一些老师出现'闻中职色变'不敢带班的恐惧心理。作者基于带班原则,在实践中清晰明确地引领学生成长的各个阶段,分析阶段中可能出现的问题或极端现象与,从而能够更好地掌握中职班主任的整个工作方向,为更多的中职班主任工作提供实践参考。
In the practice process of the secondary vocational class teacher’s work,teachers will see some students want to grow up but without results,and see many parents educate actively,but without effects.However,the enormous pressure and workload make some teachers be'afraid of secondary vocational education',and be afraid of leading a secondary vocational class.Based on the principle of guiding classes,the author guides students’various stages of growth unambiguously and analyzes some possible or extreme phenomena and problems,so as to be able to master the whole work direction of the secondary vocational class teachers,to provide practical reference for more work of secondary vocational class teachers.
