摘要
本文通过对精准培育思想政治教育的含义进行阐述,分析精准培育的意义,分析影响高职思想政治教育精准性的因素,探索提升高职思想政治教育精准性的路径,把脉新时代大学生思想政治教育的现状,为实现精准性、个性化思政育人工作提供参考。
In this paper,through elaborating the meaning of precise cultivation of ideological and political education,analyze the significance of precise cultivation,analyze the factors affecting the accuracy of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,explores the ways to improve the accuracy of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and grasps the current situation of ideological and political education of college students in the new era,so as to provide reference for the realization of precision and individualized ideological and political education.
