摘要
高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进旨在研究课堂教学影响因素,并对影响因素进行分析,文章探讨了适合职业院校课堂教学诊断与改进的研究方法和体系标准,为职业院校课堂教学服务于企业岗位需求的有效结合提供了借鉴,为高职院校人才培养方向的实现奠定了基础。
Diagnosis and improvement of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges aim to research the factors affecting classroom teaching.Then analyze the influence factors.The paper makes research and discussion on research methods and system standards suitable for the diagnosis and improvement of classroom teaching in vocational colleges.This can not only provide reference for the effective combination between vocational colleges teaching and enterprise position requirements,but also lay the foundation for the realization of the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges.
