高职院校工匠精神“四进”工程培育体系研究与实践——以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例

Research and Practice on the “Four-in” Project Cultivation System of Craftsmanship Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges ——Taking Shaanxi Railway Institute as an Example

近年来职业教育越来越受到党和国家的重视。高职院校作为职业教育的主体肩负着培育具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才的重任。陕西铁路工程职业技术学院在充分理解工匠精神内涵的基础上,结合时代发展和对技术技能型人才的培养要求,通过研究与实践,提出工匠精神'进校园、进课堂、进教材、进社团'的'四进'工程培育体系,为培育高职学生'工匠精神'提供具体的理论与实践探索。

In recent years,vocational education has been paid more and more attention to by the Party and our country.As the main body of vocational education,higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.On the basis of fully understanding the connotation of the spirit,combined with the era development and the training requirements for technical and skilled talents,Shaanxi Railway Institute proposed the'four-in'project cultivation system of the craftsmanship spirit,including'entering the campus','entering the classroom','entering the teaching materials'and'entering the associations'through research and practice.The'four-in'project cultivation system provides specific theoretical and practical exploration for cultivating the'craftsmanship spirit'of higher vocational students.
