基于技能大师工作室的焊接工匠培养实践研究

Practice Research on Training Welding Craftsmen Based on Skill Master Studio

我国经济快速发展,企业转型升级加快,对高素质技能人才需求量进一步加大,特别对工匠的需求十分迫切。技能大师工作室是一种高技能人才培养的新模式,在人才培养中起到了积极作用;文章通过创新技能大师工作室体制机制,改革人才培养模式,创新人才培养方式,采用项目化教学,以大赛促学,以标准培训为抓手,为焊接工匠培养探索了新的途径,为其他技能型人才培养提供了借鉴。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the accelerated transformation and upgrading of enterprises,the society needs more high-quality skilled talents,especially craftsmen.Skill master studio is a new mode of training high-skilled talents,which plays an active role in talent training.By innovating the system and mechanism of skill master studio,reform the cultivation mode of talents and innovate the ways of talents cultivation.This paper explores a new way for the cultivation of welding craftsmen and provides reference for the cultivation of other skilled talents by means of project-based teaching,competitive learning and standard training.
