The Decoding of Industry-education Integration on Specialty Construction in Higher Vocational Schools

高职院校专业建设主要存在专业与产业对接不够紧密,人才培养与就业企业的相关度有待提高,教师专业能力与水平不适应产业升级、技术发展的要求,基地建设机制不健全等问题。寻求教育链与产业链的结合点可以采取如下举措:建立教育部门与产业部门联合审批新专业或专业调整机制,瞄准区域产业链上延伸的新兴产业、高端产业和人才紧缺产业设置专业,以产业群打造专业群;精准人才培养目标定位,把产业企业的技术、标准、工作过程、文化等元素融入培养方案;校企共建研发中心、协同创新中心、建设混合式师资团队;建立"服务换资源,资源促发展"基地建设的"双赢"机制。

There’re several problems in the specialty construction in higher vocational schools.The matching between the specialty and the industry is not close.The relevance between talents training and employment enterprise needs improving.The teachers’professional abilities and proficiency are not fit for the requirement of industrial upgrading.The points of integration between education chain and industry chain include:construct the mechanism of examination and approval of new major and major adjustment by both department of education and industry;set up the specialty according to industries,make specialized group by industry cluster,target the talent cultivation objectives and integrate the technology,the standard,the working process,culture of industrial enterprises into training plan,construct the research and development center,the collaborative innovation center and the hybrid teachers’team by school and enterprise,construct the win-win mechanism of service for resources,resources for development,etc.
