摘要 教师TPACK作为一个动态的专业化生成过程,是衡量教师信息化教学能力的重要指标,是实现职教教师信息化专业发展的关键因素。以"整合技术的职业教育创新"为核心,采用混合研究方法探究我国高职院校教师TPACK水平发展现状与绩效差距,结果表明:高职院校教师的TPACK水平处于中等水平,技术相关水平偏低,具备一定的绩效差距与提升空间;人口学变量如职称、教龄等对TPACK各要素有不同程度的影响;TPK、PCK与TCK是影响高职院校教师TPACK发展的主要因素。基于数据分析与访谈结果分析,提出从真实学科教学情境的构建、技术支持的职业教育教师实践共同体组建、信息化教学实践基础上的反思性实践、TPACK水平发展保障机制的建立四个方面改进高职院校教师TPACK水平。 As a dynamic process of professionalization,teacher knowledge is an important indicator to measure teachers'information teaching ability and a key factor to realize the professional development of teachers'information technology.This paper takes“comprehensive technical innovation in vocational education”as the core and adopts mixed research method to discuss the current situation and performance gap of teachers'TRACK level in higher vocational colleges in China.The results show that the teachers'TPACK level in higher vocational colleges is at a medium level,while the technical related level is at a low level,and there is a certain performance gap and room for improvement.Demographic variables such as job title and teaching age have different effects on TPACK.TPK,PCK and TCK are the main factors affecting the development of TPACK for higher vocational teachers.Based on this,this study expounds the ways to improve the TPACK level of teachers in vocational colleges from the following four aspects:constructing a real subject teaching situation,establishing a practice community for technical support vocational education teachers,establishing a reflective practice based on information teaching practice,and establishing a guarantee mechanism for the development of the TPACK level of teachers in vocational colleges.
