高职院校创新创业教育人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Cultivation Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校现有创新创业教育模式缺乏自身特色,形式化、表层化现象严重,有待进一步发展完善。高职院校创新创业教育应本着创新带动创业、创业带动就业、双创带动人才培养质量提升的理念,将"具有开创性的技术技能人才"作为培养目标,坚持创新创业与就业结合、与专业结合、与企业结合、与实践结合,打造教育、培育、指导、服务"四位一体"的创新创业服务体系,构建与人才培养质量相适应的课程体系、实践教学体系、教学方法体系、评价指标体系,加强文化氛围建设和培养制度创新,建设全面的创新创业教育外部支持体系。

There are problems in existing innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in higher vocational colleges, such as its own characteristics are lacking, and the formal and superficial phenomenon is serious. The mode should be further improved. It is necessary for the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges to drive entrepreneurship through innovation, drive employment through entrepreneurship, and drive the quality of talent training through entrepreneurship and innovation, regard 'pioneering technical and skilled talents'as the cultivation objectives, adhere to the combination of among innovation and entrepreneurship with the employment, the enterprise, and the practice, build the education-cultivation-guidance-service'quaternity'innovation and entrepreneurship service system, build curriculum systems, practice teaching system, teaching method system, evaluation index system,which are suitable for the quality of talent training, strengthen the construction of culture atmosphere and the innovation of training system,and establish an comprehensive external support system for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
