中职学生核心素养结构实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 中职生是一个较为特殊的群体,他们的核心素养与经济社会对人才需求休戚相关。通过头脑风暴法、访谈法和因素分析法等研究方法,对中职学生核心素养的具体构成展开实证研究,获得了中职生核心素养的六个因素,包括职业道德、人际表现、职业担当、职业抱负、专业能力和职业守持,不同的因素维度下又有若干条目,共计30项。研究表明,区分不同人群的核心素养是必要的,其具体内容值得深入讨论。 Since the core competencies of secondary vocational students are directly relevant to demands of economic and social development,secondary vocational students should be treated as an independent group in the context of core competencies discussion.By approaches of brain storm,interview and factor analysis,the empirical research obtains six core competencies factors of secondary vocational students.The six factors,which are professional ethics,relationship performance,professional responsibility,professional ambition,professional skills and professional persistence,within 30 specific indicators,make clear that it’s necessary to go further research on core competencies of secondary vocational students,and the results would be benefit of school education.
