摘要
作为世界职业教育领域的最高奖项,世界职教院校联盟'卓越奖'的设立及获奖院校机构呈现出职业教育注重专业化、包容性及国际化与本土化融合的特点。'卓越奖'的设立作为促进职业教育变革转型的出发点,彰显了职业教育的国际地位,打造了职业教育的国际标准,增强了职业教育的国际话语权。'卓越奖'的设立实现了由传统的职业教育与培训逐步转向专业和技术教育和培训,确保了职业教育的'卓越性'。
As the highest award in the world of vocational education,the establishment of the Award of Excellence of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics(WFCP)and the award-winning institutions show that vocational education focuses on specialization,inclusiveness and the integration of internationalization and localization.The establishment of the Award of Excellence,as the starting point of promoting the transformation of vocational education,highlights the international status of vocational education,builds up an international standard for vocational education,and strengthens the international discourse power of vocational education.Moreover,the establishment of the Award of Excellence has resulted in a gradual shift from the traditional vocational education and training to professional and technical education and training,ensuring the'excellence'of vocational education.
