智能制造背景下的产业转型升级需要大量中高级技术技能人才,技术技能人才的资格要求与培养定位将成为引领人才培养的主导方向。根据智能制造时代的新特征及国际资格框架对技术技能人才的新要求,推导出智能制造背景下各级技术技能人才的培养定位。探索建立国家资格框架制度,建设以学习成果为导向的人才培养目标和上下衔接、左右融通的技术技能人才培养体系,构建基于工作实践的人才培养过程以及技术技能人才评价标准和体系是智能制造时代技术技能人才培养设计的重心。

The transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing needs a large number of intermediate and senior technical and skilled talents,whose qualifications and training location will guide the direction of cultivation.The paper summarized the training location of technical and skilled talents at all levels based on the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing and the new requirements of international qualifications framework.The core of technical and skilled workers training design in intelligent manufacturing era is to explore the establishment of national qualifications system,to construct learning results-oriented training objective and equivalent training system for technical and skilled talents,and to build a work-based training process and evaluation standards and system.
