量化管理模式在中职——本科衔接班级管理中的实施运用 被引量:7

摘要 中职—本科衔接班实施量化管理模式能够提高班级管理的规范程度,做到"人人有事干、事事有人干"。实施时教师要抓规章制度及量化考核细则的制定,学生参与管理考核评比、量化考核的汇总公布等重要环节。运用时要注意落后生的转化、量化标准的弹性、量化考核的时效等方面,切实发挥这种模式的积极联动作用,以此减轻班主任的负担,保证学期操行评定的准确性,培养学生各方面的管理能力,促进学生全面发展,形成良好的班风,建立推人奋进的班集体。 To implement the quantitative management model in Secondary Vocational School-Undergraduate College Linking Class can enhance the standardization of class management,reaching the aim:'everyone has something to do,everything could be done.'In the implementation process,the teachers should focus on the formulation of regulations and quantitative assessment rules,students’participation in assessment and evaluation for class management,and the summary report of quantitative assessment.Besides,it is necessary to pay attention to the transformation of backward students,the resilience of quantitative standard and the effectiveness of quantitative assessment,and to effectively give full play to the positive linkage role of this model,so as to alleviate the pressure of teacher in charge,guarantee the accuracy of semester conduct assessment,cultivate students’management ability in all aspects,promote students’all-round development,form a good atmosphere of learning,and establish a class promoting students to forge ahead.
