金融高职院校构建“双创”教育新生态的实践探索——以长春金融高等专科学校为例

长春金融高等专科学校坚持创新引领创业、创业带动就业,促进创新创业教育与专业教育相融合,通过健全创新创业教育体系,加强实践资源建设与使用,建设专兼结合、职责明确的师资队伍以及优化保障制度等措施,构建金融高职创新创业教育的新生态,"双创"教育工作取得优异的成绩。今后,可以在加强校外优质资源开发、注重发挥生态孵化功能、形成生态发展的激励机制等方面进一步优化教育生态。
