摘要
组织模式影响组织绩效。通过对首批23所深化创新创业教育改革示范高职院校创新创业教育组织模式进行实证分析,从组织定位、职能定位、建设主体、组织目标、管理机制、组织文化等维度归纳首批示范高职院创新创业教育组织特征,发现其具有多样性、开放性、协作型和跨专业性。据此提出高职院校应实施独立建制内设机构的组织模式,以提高创新创业教育效能。
Organizational pattern affects organizational performance.Based on an empirical analysis on organizational pattern of the first group of 23 exemplary higher vocational colleges in deepening reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,from six perspectives of organization orientation,function orientation,construction subject,organization target,management mechanism and organization culture,this article summarizes the organization characteristics,which is diversity,openness,collaborative,and professionalism.Therefore,it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should implement the organizational model of independently establishing internal institutions,so as to improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
